Coach Tickets

Cancellation by the ticket holder

Coach tickets are refundable minus a £1 transaction fee per ticket or a voucher for the full ammount. The voucher can be used against a purchase of another coach ticket in the same season. If the voucher is not redeamed within the same season the value of the voucher is lost.

The refund request must be made at least 24 hours before the departure date of the coach.

Cancellation by EHHCS

If the coach is cancelled by EHHCS a full refund will be provided. This will be refunded to the bank account used to purchase the tickets.
